// About Twenty47 Marketing

Built in a shutdown. Running 24/7 ever since.

Twenty47 started in 2020 — the year the world stopped — because one thing became obvious: the businesses that survived were the ones that never stopped answering. We've been building always-on machines ever since.

// The story

2020The COVID year

Certifications on the shelf. A city shut down. A decision.

When everything closed in 2020, Cam Balazy watched Cleveland's small businesses go dark — not because their work wasn't good, but because nobody could reach them. Phones rang out. Websites were outdated or nonexistent. Customers moved on to whoever answered.

So he made a decision: put his certifications and resources to work. He started building websites and automations for the businesses around him — systems that answered when owners couldn't, booked when doors were closed, and kept revenue moving through the worst year small business had ever seen.

What started as one person solving a shutdown problem became the foundation of everything we do: a business should never stop working, even when you have to.

2023The partnership

The kid he grew up with becomes the other half of the machine.

Andrew Garcia and Cam go back to the beginning — they grew up together long before either of them knew what a CRM was. So when Andrew saw what Cam was building, he didn't just see a business. He saw the missing half of one.

Andrew brought the skills the machine needed to scale: lead reactivation and CRM management — the discipline of waking up dormant customer lists, organizing the pipeline, and making sure no lead ever falls through a crack again. Cam builds the systems; Andrew makes them hunt.

In 2023 he came on as co-owner and vice president, and the operation went from "websites and automations" to a complete revenue machine: capture, convert, retain.

2026The name catches up

The work had a pattern. We named the company after it.

Six years in, every client engagement kept proving the same thing: the wins came from being always on. The lead answered at 2am. The missed call texted back in seconds. The customer list reactivated while the owner slept.

So the company took the name of the thing it actually sells: Twenty47. Your business, booked 24/7. Same team, same city, same obsession — now with a name that says it out loud.

Cam Balazy

Owner & Founder

Started Twenty47 in the 2020 shutdown by putting his certifications to work building websites and automations for Cleveland businesses that couldn't afford to go quiet.

Today he architects the whole machine — the sites, the AI systems, the automations — everything that answers, books, and works while the owner does the actual job.

// What we believe

If it doesn't fill the calendar, it doesn't ship.

We came up during a year when small businesses died from silence — so we don't sell decoration, impressions, or vibes. Every system we build is measured against one number: how many customers it put on your calendar. That's the whole religion.
